Remove old shed and lay new foundation

I want to have my existing garden shed removed, and a new foundation put in to prepare for a new garden shed. The total area for the new foundation is 3.34 X 3.85m . The existing garden shed has a wooden foundation that can be used if in good condition. The existing shed has an area of 2.88 X 1.75m. The remainder of the foundation site is currently covered in loose pebbles. Open to considering different options for the foundation (wood vs pavement or other). Require job to be completed before 31 July.
