House is located on School road takanini. Just looking for someone to have a look at the foundations and piling to see if that is ok or not ( before I put the house on the market) The house has some outer plaster brick cladding stuck on top of the weatherboard ( just aesthetic) and there are some cracks on it ( Glue is coming off) before I fix that I just need someone to have a look and confirm if foundation is sound ( house was built in 1920)
