I am subdividing my section and having a Houseme prefab unit placed onto it. I need to arrange for foundations to be completed. Due to the findings of the Geotech report on liquifaction risk they are specially engineered foundations. I have the plan for these that an engineer developed. I have resource consent, building consent has been with PNCC for several weeks and my Houseme unit arrives in 4 to 6 weeks. I am at 53 Gemini Ave, Palmerston North. I have a back up plan in case building consent and/or foundations are not sorted before the unit arrives.
