Needing floors leveled

Hello, I am trying to buy a home for myself and my son and we were meant to go unconditional today but the builders report was not the best. I am needing a quote done to level the floors. It is a 1910 home, and underneath the house the piles look okay, but the floors are not. I am unsure what is required to make this level and structurally sound, as the report writer has indicated that some walls may have been removed or added with not enough support up top and down below but he could not confirm. The vendors are willing to negotiate in order for the repairs to be completed as this will have to be done for anyone buying this property. If this could be done this week, then that would be appreciated. Thank you
