Repiling an old bungalow

Repile of an old bungalow roughly 8 x 8 m. Plans for the repile have been prepared and can be viewed. Building consent has not been applied for yet. 24 piles in total. There is reasonable space under the house but access is tight. I'm looking for quotes at the moment.Further work, such as recladding, replacing weather boards and building a deck may follow.
