Half a house built in 1907 on timber piles, bearers and floor joists. Makeshift piles have been added in places and wedges have been added to the tops of the original piles compromising connection tween building and piles, plus undulating floor and a lack of piles in one area. Ground is dry and stable. Looking for someone to inspect and quote on repair work with work in Nov or Dec. Some photos and building inspection report available.
