new floor

We have a 1930's house and want to update the kitchen. We need to level the house in this area and the floor is on a slope of around 50mm. We need to have this area leveled with Jacks. The area is around 5 meters X 3 Meters square if this makes sense. All windows in the area open. There is access to the underneath of the house exactly where the piles need lifting.
