A room was built as an extension to our 1930s weatherboard house (part of the savage crescent development). There is a large crack down the corner of the room (just seems to be the plaster inside - there's no water coming in) and the floor isn't flat and slopes away form the house. So there might be something wrong with the piles. I'm looking for a quote.
