Spa Pool Concrete Foundation

We have purchased a Spa Pool and need a concrete foundation laid in our backyard. It needs to be a minimum of 100mm thick and steel reinforced. The dimensions of the rectangle are 5m x 3.2m and it is critical that it is level so the spa pool does not warp. As you will see in the photos, there are some stairs leading down and we want the concrete pad to be parallel to the stairs so the step down is smooth. As you will also see in the photo, there is a slight gradient that will need to be accounted for. In the photos you will see some sticks that mark the boundary of the concrete pad and the inner box is where the spa pool will go.
