Looks like my house has shifted and I have been told that underpinning the foundation is likely the answer. Floor is a mixture of wood and concrete - looks like the wood part has stayed still but the concrete part hasn't. Was just about to list the house for sale when this started, so ideally looking to get this fixed within the next few weeks if possible as I still hope to list once it is complete
