Remedial piling
Job description
I need remedial work done for existing pole of the house which is supporting the upper level. Currently the concrete base supporting the pole is sitting 450mm above the ground and 150 mm below the ground. This base needs to be atleast 600mm below the ground. To correct this, the concrete stump needs to be removed and a hole needs to be dug around the pole atleast 600mm deep. This needs to be inspected by geo tech engineer after which concrete could be poured in this hole so existing pole could sit on concrete face. To do this job, the upper level of the house needs to be temporarily supported or propped

Shane is a excellent tradie. He kept me up to date with every step involved in the task. He took the hessle off me to contact required people to check the work for certification.
