Replacing / Re-Levelling House Piles.

We have a 1930s house which I need some of the piles/post to be replaced, repacked or re-levelled. . The foundations are Timber posts on timber packers on concrete piles. One of the posts needs replacing due to borer, and a couple of the packers replaced. We also have one of the piles which has settled and needs releveling (repacking or replacing post). Job in Takapuna, pics below.
