We renovated our bathroom to find a can of worms... The bath waste had been running straight into the ground, and has resulted in 4 piles dropping under one of the beams. House has been like like this for a while - time to fix it up. Access to underneath the house isn't great, 1940s bungalow I think. Looking for experienced professionals to provide a quote for this work, and preferably be able to complete the job sooner rather than later.

Absolutely Hammered relevelled our 1930's house and replaced some rotten and borer-ridden framing and weatherboard. Good-natured bunch of guys, and easy to deal with. Sean the owner communicated heavily at the start of the work and kept an eye on things as they progressed. Was a classic case of an initial job revealing can after can of worms, and the foundation work done by the guys under the house (approx 600mm crawl space) was especially difficult. Mike and Paul, who were on site 100% of the time (a few other workers were involved at different stages) were outstanding to work with - happy to talk us through the process and smiles on their faces despite the hard yakka. Hard to guage value for money as we didn't seek quotes for every stage of the work - but Sean did manage to reduce costs in a few areas.
