Hi There We have building consent for a 2 story minor dwelling. This will include a 3 car garage underneath. We are looking at a number of options for this build. This job is for the foundations and floating concrete slab. (Tray Dec300). The ground will be cleared and ready. We will have other jobs posted that relate to this job. You will need to be a current LBP for the work quoted on. I have posted this job in a number of categories, not sure which is the best. Regards Mike
