Inspect piles and advise on any repairs.

1960 house with original piles. Some signs of issues including minor cracking in plaster and movement in floor. Concrete is crumbling in some piles. All appear to still be attached to the floor. I am after an inspection of the piles and advice on a pragmatic course of action. Happy to pay for sound advice.
