Entrance hall extension sinking

An extension was made to our 1978 home - adding an entrance with a set of steps leading up to it - it is half a floor (one flight of 8 steps) above ground level. Some ground shifting has resulted in the floor just inside the front door cracking, the front door jams terribly and the steps outside are noticeably raised on one side. Could we please have some recommendations and quotes to fix this. At the same time, we would like to rebuild the front steps and put in a wider front door. Many thanks - Heather
