Job description
We have had plans drawn for additions to our 3 bedroom 1960's weatherboard home in Birkenhead, North Shore Auckland. We have been granted a building consent by the council, so we are ready to proceed. The job is to add a lounge/deck area and build a new bedroom with onsuite. Two separate additions. Also there are are several other items, doors to be moved rooms made bigger etc. A new kitchen will also be installed. Our section is heavily sloped so there are major poles to be installed underneath the new lounge and deck. I have attached a floor plan of the house and additions as well as one of the elevation drawings. Would appreciate quotes from all trades listed below. We may also be interested in an entire fixed price quote.
