Jack and pack

Heritage house has a bit of sinking in 2 areas (front room and rear room) 20 Aubrey street, NP. Appears to be on concrete piles. Hoping for Jack and pack as the area has archilogical protection which may influence digging. Flat section Front accessible, rear accessible but slightly less easy as its around the back and near a fence. I will be able to show you through on Friday arvo the 3rd July as I don't live in new Plymouth.
