Piling repair or replacement for our first home

Kia ora team, we purchased our first home which has very clear signs of needing pile fixing or replacement, the cheaper the better, at this time we would only need a quote as to advise what the best option is. We originally believe that the state of the house started deteriorating after flash flooding we had in Nelson due to our home being at a level lower than the road which was completely over flooded back in 2012 i think. We have tried to originally see if there where old claims made to repair this with original house owners but have had no luck. the house is a 1930 to 1940 home, and it house myself, my wife and 3 boys under 6. Keen to here what your thoughts are. regards, Liam
