The front unit of two requires re levelling and several? Joists under the floors are rotten/ need bracing after a water leak. Doors inside may also need replacement once done. I would also like two 150mm holes cuts through the walls in kitchen & bath for vent fans to be installed. Older 1960 unit with crawling space underneath & concrete stucco cladding.
