Have a single story small flat approx 20m X 5m (107m2) on concrete foundation that has dropped at one end by approx 170mm due to subsidance in soil. There appears to be no cracking to exterior of the fibre, but some doors are now out of alignment. The flat is joined at a right angle to another that has also dropped. Foundation plan shows a block wall between the two with a 120mm wide footing. The end that has dropped is the short end approx 5m wide, and it is a gradual even drop over the length of the building. The foundation over the entire length appears intact, just tilted.
