Repiling required

Purchasing a new property in Napier South which is 1920s cottage on wood/concrete piles. Completed a building inspection which has identified issues around some of the piles (his commentary below and photos provided); We need a qualified builder/repiler to assess required work and provide a quote. Pile instability • There is a timber support pile at left side of home at access area, which is on a lean and will require repair. Pile condition • Average condition - the exterior casing is rusting badly in areas and there is concrete decay present under the rusted metal, breaking loose. • The extra timber pile supports are resting on the ground on board and not fixed into position. • Pile to bearer connections not present - recommend they be fitted.
