Have 2 x 1910 cottages, 1 sitting on H5 timber and the other has some concrete piles. Looks like piles were replaced in the 1980s. Both needs re leveling, piles look to be in good condition and packing then looks achievable. Some repair/replacement work required to bearers/studs as you would expect from property of this age. access to all piles/bearers through the floor as flooring will be removed to allow of installation of insulation. Approx 80 Sqm floor area, good access from street.
