Foundations Specialist Needed According to my building report I need the following investigated and quoted for work to be completed on my newly purchased house further information can be supplied. • Foundation specialist required to further assess backfilling of subfloor drain/trench and reinstate pile footings as required, in conjunction with further inspection of stormwater pipe by registered drainlayer • Concrete deck constructed off first floor level sagging noted to the northern end footings and supports need assessing for deck foundations and pipe supports concrete steps need assessing also. • Drain has been dug through subfloor soil/rock in one place undermining footings and requiring reinstatement to correct” • Fondation 200 x 200 concrete pier blocks,supporting timber posts,timber sub floor construction bearers, joists, bracing, minimal hardware and T&G flooring • Concrete footings supporting brick perimeter wall plastered and painted also supporting timber construction. • Block retaining walls noted in subfloor, waterproofing and drainage needs investigating
