The dwelling is an old cottage 100sq metres I’m size. It will need to be replied as the floor is uneven in places and appears to have been temporarily propped in a poor manner. Timber piles are in poor condition. There are numerous make-shift piles that are propped using different types of timber, pavers and wedges. There are areas where there are gaps between the bottom of the joist and the top of the support timber. There is also visible evidence of live borer.
