Internal wall sunk in earthquake

An internal wall has sunk about 20-50mm in an earthquake. It's a wooden floor with no access under the house so the floor will probably need to be pulled up for the job. I need a quote for raising the wall back up to level for insurance from someone who is also prepared to do the job once its approved.
