Sunken foundations

I am looking at purchasing a house in Kapiti, and the builders report has come back that one corner of the home has sunk to a 30 degree angle. Can anybody give me an idea of what the costs of this would be? It is 3-4 foundations at best. I have not been under to look myself as of yet, but want to know if it is going to be a viable purchase.
