Oh maybe a full re-piling needed..Oops missing a pile

After speaking with a certified person, it sounds like - altho my house piles were consented way back in early80s- they may need full replacement. I had been told I need one additonal/new pile put in, and a number of piles in need of metal ties to secure them. (See attached). But sounds like it's more extensive than that. It's an 87m2 wooden box in Paekakari -.so its sandy. Please give me an approx cost. Tho after a precise quote by Monday as I am sorting finance to get it done
