Urgent - Repiling 1936 Cottage

1936 cottage on original totara piles near the beach. It has been tested and 1.3m down to solid ground. A 1980s extension is on concrete but the rest of the house has good clearance. We understand most of the piles are good but the ones under the kitchen and laundry need replacing. We URGENTLY need quotes for (1) Partial re-piling worse affected areas (2) Full repiling & re-levelling of accessible areas. The house is on Trademe 150sqm --- = ---
