New Build - Otaki Beach - Timber Pile Foundations

We are building an A1 home kitset in Otaki early 2018, I am requiring a quote/estimate for timber piles and if you also offer the subfloor as part of your service. We have a builder but need the piling priced and installed by a specialist and have been told some foundation companies also build the subfloor on the piles. The A1 kitset is a TL160 2 level 3 bedroom home, the garage will be on a concrete slab so if this is also something you offer then this also priced. The land is currently awaiting the geotech report but is a sand base, we haven't completely decided on piles and may go for a concrete slab, I have another job posted for this but if you offer both house foundation options please feel free to price both.
