Floor relevelling

I am looking for someone to provide a assessment and quote on re-leveling the floor in a 1950's cottage built on sand on the Kapiti Coast. The cottage is on concrete piles and has a continuous foundation wall. The floor in 2 bedrooms became uneven following the Kaikoura earthquake and would like a quote on releveling.
