Replace piles and relevel sunroom
Job description
The existing piles on my rental property sun room need removing and replacing with four new piles as shown on the building consent documents. The sun room is to be re-leveled at the same time. Site inspection is welcomed but must be arranged with at least 2 days notice. Contractor must be an LPB (carpentry or foundations). Successful contractor will be responsible for liaising directly with the Kapiti Coast District Council to arrange inspections as required by the Building Consent. All costs of any re-inspections will be to the contractor's account. Since this is a rental property, the successful contractor must provide their own toilet facilities as part of the contract (or use public toilet facilities). The work must be completed before the end of March 2016.

I highly recommend Spiers & Sons Builders Limited to anyone wanting a professional job done. The repiling was at a rental property and I was unable to be there while the work was being done. However, my tenants were very happy with the professionalism of the builders while on site. The job was expertly done for a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with the end result. The sinking piles have been removed and the sun room is now level and safe to use.
