I have a Lockwood rental property with a sunroom off the lounge with sinking piles. The soil is soggy peat with firm ground starting at 1100mm below ground level. The house piles don't appear to be affected. I'm looking at options of either re-piling or underpinning the existing 4 piles under the sunroom, then re-leveling the sunroom. Photos can be taken - let me know what you want photos of and I'll take them and add them to the job. Work must be completed this coming summer while the water table is at it's lowest.
