Job description

New Concrete Foundations
Kaipara

We've got a garage structure which has the front just at ground level and the other end about 1 meter above ground level. It sits on piles and is not intended to be used as a real garage. Currently there's a rather badly done floor with plywood on it. You can see it on the picture with the slider door entry. We'd like to remove everything and have the garage retrofit with a concrete floor (removal is not part of the assignment, we'll see to that ourselves). Car access is not quite up to the front door but I could imagine concrete could go through a chute through the window. There's two small windows and a slider door. So access is alright but not great. See pictures. It's best to have a look at it, to get an idea. If you've got any better suggestions than a concrete floor, we're open to it. Basically we're just looking for a sturdy, level floor that doesn't make it possible for rodents to chew through the moisture barrier and having a mighty good time in the floor space. Long story short: We're looking for someone who can - prepare the ground inside a garage properly to put in a new floor - preferrably pour and level a concrete floor Sounds like a good challenge? Looking forward to hearing from you!
