Floor repair urgent

I have bought a house that has a sagging floor under the laundry area which spreads under the partition wall into the toilet. Under the house where the sagging area is there is boxing that appears to be supporting rocks or old concrete. There are no house piles supporting this boxing. I urgently need a quote on investigating and confirming what works are required for due diligence. It would probably involve ripping up 2m2 of cork tiles to get to the floorboards.
