The house is a ring beam with concrete piles. Needs Relevelling by jack and packing the piles and possible ring beam. Possible notching the bearers. looking for someone with experience doing this. I have not taken the levels. It does not have to get back to zero but just taking out the worst parts so that to eye it is all good. The condition of the bearers and piles are pretty good.
