Hi Builders, property in Appleby, Invercargill. Have had a building inspection completed and advised by both the builder and a bricklayer that we need to get a foundations/subsidence expert to take a look at the cracks in the foundation. We need to know how big of an issue and what the cost is for repairs to the foundation. Please see 4x photos from the building report for reference.
