Foundations for relocatable dwelling

I'm relocating a house onto a section in Naenae, Lower Hutt, and need 1) the gravel raft to be prepared, and 2) the foundation and piles constructed. Please see attached i) the Geotechnical Investigation report prepared by Abuild Consulting Engineers, and ii) the Structural Diagrams prepared by Certa Engineering.
