Quote for pile footing strenthern

Hi there, I'm keen to have a quote on this issue: The soil has been removed from the perimeter of a number of pile footings. The soil gives support to the pile below ground and anchors it in place.
This is stated on the building report :Recommend installing a new treated timber --- pile besides the piles to give improved stability in the event of an earthquake.
