Subfloor repair

The house was built in 1930 with an extension done in 1980s. It's recently brought to our attention that the wood and joists in the subfloor require attention and repairs. The scale of the issue is unknown. Looking for builders who have experience in this type of work to help with this. The access to the subfloor is pretty tight, although over the years there were underfloor insulation, moisture barrier insulation and borer treatments carried out in the subfloor area.
