I need a quote for the following items from a recent builders report: MOISTURE INGRESS OBSERVED TO PILE Damage was observed to the steel reinforcing within the concrete piles. When exposed to moisture this steel rusts and expands which can lead to cracking of the cement. Over time exposure to moisture will undermine the structural stability of the piles. POTENTIAL UNDERPINNING OBSERVED Potential underpinning observed, it is likely this pile is not sufficiently supporting the house. WATER POOLING OBSERVED AT TIME OF INSPECTION Moisture was observed under the subfloor area. The general area was damp at the time of inspection
