Reinforced block wall, foundations, framing, alterations

* Supervise excavation of under house area to Engineer and Architect's requirements (labour except supervisor to be supplied by Owner - also note no spoil will be removed from site, it will all be used in landscaping) * Construct reinforced block wall retaining/foundation under Eastern side of house, along with any required beams etc. (Note, these will replace all piles in this part of the house) * Where practical, concrete pads for foundation walls will be used as flooring, Owner will be laying floating wood above after construction * Repile Western end of house (Note limited ground clearance in this area, min 500mm) * Replace two steel support posts for cantilevered First Floor with treated wooden structural posts * Construct flooring (floorboards) in any new-build areas that don't have a concrete foundation pad or concrete floor underneath (Note  * Install Window on Ground Floor level in Study area * Install Entrance Door on Ground level * Create internal pocket for pocket door to Ground Floor bathroom (Owner to specify and install) * Construct internal framing for stairwell in centre of house (owner to complete) * Minor alterations upstairs to accommodate stairwell replacing bathroom Drawings: One is the as-built, the other is the proposal. As-built is dimensioned for reference.
