Pile repair work
Job description
Hi Guys, I am urgently after some pile repair work on a rental I have purchased in Lascelles St. The property is a 1910 villa that is in relatively good condition but with two uneven areas in the kitchen floor. I had another builder check the floor and he reported back that the majority is really straight, however one end (which is where the kitchen is) a few piles need to be jacked up to straighten it. The affected area would be approximately 30 m2. As above I really need the work completed in the next few weeks if at all possible.
