Ground levelling and boundary fence demolition

Hi there, I’m looking for a tradesperson to level the section that my house is getting put on at the end of November (relocation house). The area to be levelled is approx 20 x 9 metres and is predominantly level apart from a few slightly raised parts to the right hand side. The job would also entail the demolition/removal of the dilapidated boundary fence currently on site. It is mainly rotten timber boards with a few concrete posts as supports. The fence is very old and falling apart. I would prefer the person undertaking the job to take the excess soil away with them. Once the house is put on site there is also the potential for being rehired to level the rest of the site which is not perfectly level now but will be damaged further by the trucks relocating the house so can’t be levelled until afterwards.
