Underfloor Joists need repairing, concrete pile and moisture barrier

I’m mainly looking at getting the floor joists repaired, one is rotten so need repairing and ideally have the issue of how water is getting onto it resolved also. Another joist is cracked and needs fixing as well as one concrete pile that needs fixing. Potentially also horizontal bracing installed on floor piles also but that will depend on quoted cost. I’m also looking at getting a full moisture barrier installed under the house but it’s really up to what you guys are able to do
