Foundations Stapled

The foundations of my home I am purchasing is on piles already, but when I had the building inspector thru, he's said that the piles aren't attached to the house. So I need this done before I start to renovate. I also need my bathroom re done, and a few hole fixed up in floor in the bathroom and internal laundry, both are from water damage.
