Re-pile old bach.

Hi, I have an old bach that needs lifting and re-piling. It's in poor shape with an extension on one end. Currently the bearers and joists are only 150mm or so off the ground and I would like it to sit roughly 600mm once finished. The section is flat and the house is roughly 100m2. I'm not sure if it's of any consequence but the bearers and floor joists of the extension run at 90deg to the original house. I can demolish the old chimney, adjoining deck and handle the council side of things. eg: Geotech report, consent and the design for what will hopefully be a standard NZS3604 pile foundation.
