I am needing someone to come tell me what’s going on with the foundations of my home before starting bathroom renovations. Floor in parts are uneven and now squeak. Piles possibly sinking? Water damage from bathroom may be impacting the subfloor. Do you have the skills to assess this task? This is a 3 bedroom bungalow transported home from many years ago. Bathroom has already been gutted, part of floors pulled up. Easy access to under the house through door or floor boards.
