Stairs and retaining posts.

The excavation for a set of stairs 1.8m x 3.8m. 11 posts for the stairs 600mm into ground. Excavate drill holes and set up posts and concrete in place. Access for machinery good. There is one post for the existing carport that needs to be removed. The second part of the project is the setting of 24 posts to 1.2m out from existing deck. Each post to be set 1m into ground and concreted in place. These will need to be done with Post hole borer as machinery cannot access this area. Top of posts to be set 1m down from existing deck level. 125 x 125 posts are on site ready for placement. All machinery and concrete to complete to be supplied as part of contract. This project is on the Manukau heads 30 mins north of Waiuku. Please let me know if you want additional information or a copy of the existing building plans.
