Foundation (including garage) deck and external cladding.

I am relocationg a house from Mt Rosskill to Pukekohe. Relocation work has been organised. The house is 1 level but sits on a 2.2m pile foundation that includes the garage. I need an LBP to do the foundation work, including the garage, bracings, deck and external cladding in the basement. Piling will be done by the relocators as well as bearings. Some escavations will be needed, but not much and that will be done by you. The garage has concrete floor. I have all the plans ready for you to have a look at. The consent will be issued this or the next week. You have to be available to start this job in the next one month. I have one quote from the builder that I would really like to employ. However, the quote is higher then expected and I am looking for alternatives. The plans will be emailed to you upon request.
